What will I receive with my order?​

 

Once designed, your order will be delivered to the email you provided at checkout.

​​

You will receive a high resolution 300 DPI printable download of your keepsake.

This digital file will be in JPEG format for easy printing (just like the photos on your phone) 

& will be sent to your email with simple tips for printing.

​​​

We believe your memories matter.

This is why we pay close attention to every detail - from enhancing photo quality

and ensuring correct spelling, to perfectly arranging your words to complement your photo.

Every keepsake is individually and uniquely designed by our artists.

​​​

You may print your keepsake from home or upload to your favorite photo finisher.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a digital product. No physical product will be sent.

When will I receive my order?

 

Most orders are completed & delivered to your email within 24 hours from time order is placed.

What kind of photo should I upload with my order?

 

Simply upload your favorite photo from your phone or computer. 

The person(s) or pet image should be as clear as possible - as we usually enlarge

their image when designing your keepsake.

​

Please note: images taken from social media and texts many times

are very low resolution and sometimes aren't as clear when enlarged.

We'll let you know if there are any issues with your photo.

Photos sent straight from your phone's 'Photos' folder usually work very well.

​

Can I use my own words?

 

Yes. Please limit to 500 characters or less. Please double-check spelling and punctuation.

What do I do with my digital keepsake?

 

Whatever you can create with a photo from your phone or computer,

you may create with your keepsake from iKeepsake​.

​​

If I order one size keepsake, can I print a different size?

Example: I order a 5x7 and print it as an 8x10.

 

Your keepsake's words and image are proportioned for the size you ordered.

​

For example, if you order a 5x7 and print it ​as an 8x10,

the print will not fill the space the same.  It would be like

printing an image of a square on an area meant for a rectangle.

​

Although you can print any size you wish, your keepsake is designed to fill the space

of the size you ordered.

​

Can I print as many keepsakes as I want?

 

Absolutely! You can print your keepsake as many times as you like, as long as it is for personal use.

What if I didn't receive an email?

 

If you have not received an order confirmation or an email containing your keepsake,

please check that you have provided us with the correct email address.

Occasionally, emails may be diverted to your spam or junk mail folders, so please check there.

I'm having trouble downloading my keepsake. What can I do?​

 

If you experience any difficulty downloading or printing your keepsake,

please contact us at support@ikeepsake.com so we can assist you.

What if my keepsake has a mistake?

 

Sometimes mistakes happen. No worries. Whether our artist makes the mistake or our customer does,

we will work with you to correct errors.  We want you to love your keepsake!  Please 

contact us at support@ikeepsake.com immediately and we will find a solution.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

 

Once our artists begin the design process (usually within 1 hour), your purchase cannot be refunded.

If you need to make changes to the wording, prior to receiving your finished keepsake, please let us know

by contacting us, immediately,  at support@ikeepsake.com . We're happy to work with you!
