Can I use my own words? Absolutely! We love it when you make your keepsake truly personal. Change any verse in our collection or write your own from scratch! To ensure your words fit beautifully, please keep your text to 100 words or less. For longer verses, we recommend selecting one of our larger print sizes (8x10 or 11x14) for the best readability.

What size frame should I buy? Our prints are cut to standard dimensions, making it easy to find a "ready-made" frame at any local craft or home goods store. Choose a frame or matte with an opening that matches the size you selected.

How is the print shipped? Most orders are shipped through USPS within 48 hours. Your keepsake is placed into a crystal-clear sleeve with a sturdy backer board, then nestled in a rigid, stay-flat mailer for safe delivery.

What if there's a mistake with the words in my keepsake? We want your keepsake to be perfect! If our artists miss a detail or make an error, please contact us immediately. We’ll fix the mistake and ship out a brand-new replacement for free.
