1. Does this include a frame? To give you the freedom to match your own home decor, this is a print-only
product. It will arrive unframed and unmatted.

2. Can I use my own words? Absolutely! We love it when you make your keepsake truly personal. To ensure your words fit beautifully, please keep your text to 100 words or less. For longer verses, we recommend selecting
one of our larger print sizes (8x10 or 11x14) for the best readability.
3. What size frame should I buy? Our prints are cut to standard dimensions, making it easy to find a "ready-
made" frame at any local craft or home goods store. Choose a frame or matte with an opening that matches
the size you selected.

4. How is the print shipped? Most orders are shipped through USPS within 48 hours. Your keepsake is placed
into a crystal-clear sleeve with a sturdy backer board, then nestled in a rigid, stay-flat mailer for safe delivery​.​

5. What if there's a mistake with personalization? Although this is rare, if our artists at iKeepsake make a
mistake, please let us know and we will replace your keepsake at no charge.

6. Can I get this in color? This specific product is finished exclusively in black and white to ensure a
high-contrast, professional, and timeless gallery finish.

7. Can I cancel my order? Because our artists start working on your keepsake almost immediately
(usually within 3 hours), we are unable to offer refunds once the design process has begun.
